can a bad transmission shift solonoid cause a p0101?

hello i have a 2005 chev tahoe with a 5.3 litre gas engine,it sets a code p0101 i have relaced the TPS and harness,i have cleaned the throttle body,i pulled the K&N out and reinstalled the stock box,i also replaced the spark plugs.The o2 sensors are cycleing up and down ok,im wondering if a bad shift solonoid in the trans can effect it?i noticed it comes on when it makes a 2-3 shift.

No, any transmission problems have nothing to do with the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor. You could start by cleaning the MAF sensor. The autoparts store have an special spray to clean MAFs.
