light is on anytime the key is  on . what do I check  fault

If the VSC light is on you check for ABS (anti lock brake system) code that would be stored, If the CK ENG LT is on you check for CK ENG LT codes. When ever the CK ENG LT comes on the ABS system is disabled, the manufacture does this for safety the reason the vehicle is not operating at manufacture specification
