2007 Lexus LS460L check vsc system

Question

I had 2007 Lexus LS460L ,When I start it and I move like 500 meters start showing warnings check vsc and yellow triangle ,I scan it there's cods P0420 , P0430 and C1201 , but When I read the catalytic converter I think it works well, for example: B1S1 750c , B1S2 600c - B2S1 750c , B2S2 600c , Is the reading indicates it is not corrupted ? The sensor is replaced already , 1 more thing When warning signs began the cruise control and Barking Assistant stop working and its back When you I clear the codes , can somebody help please?

C1201 Engine control system malfunction (CK ENG LT ON)

Anytime the CK ENG LT turns on the ABS , VSC are disabled, the reason is for safety, this is due to the manufactuer specification of the vehicle is no longer at manufacuer specifications. When a catalytic has a P0430 or a P0420 on the scantool the ECM would like to see the rear 02 sensor be above 650 mv. what you have is 600 mv, so it is below threshold.The bad part its not much.

 Here a good catalytc convertor as it warms up it goes above 0.650.
