2003 gmc seeria 2500 hd sle 6.0l code p0141 repair

Question

how to fix 2003 gmc seeria that didnt run replaced throtle pedal posion senser and it ran for a minute then died i cleaned the throotle body that was very dirty but sdtill dosnt run says both banks are lean p0141 p0143

P0141 Oxygen sensor heater circuit malfunction Bank 1 sensor 2

P0143 Oxygen sensor heater circuit low Bank 1 Sensor 3

P0143 is not valid for the vehicle. Fuel pressure has to be check , depending on the VIN of the vehicle if it is a Z it is 48 to 54psi, all other it is 55 to 62 psi.
