2010 GMC Sierra 2500. P0141. No continuity in o2 heater ground to ECM.

P0141 H02S heater performance bank 1 sensor 2

There should be 2 ground circuit, GY/WH key on engine off there should be no continuity, Its when the 02 sensor is connected, There you should ahve a closed circuit
