P0141 flagged 2004 GMC Envoy 6 Cyl replaced both 02 sensor and new plugs. What else should I do to eliminate code?

This code is for the heater circuit on the O2 sensor, If replacing the sensor didn't resolve the issue then you will need to check the wiring to the sensor as the likely cause of the problem.
