My bmw has code 92 shifts hard why

P1770 CAN Torque interface

This code is the same as code 92 for a BMW, The only component that can set a Code 92 or P1770 is the MAF (mass airflow) sensor. The only time this code set if when there is a MAF circuit low or P0102 .

 The MAF  that is faulty is the only component that can set a P1770 or Code 92
