How to repair the small leak for 2010 Dodge Nitro.. I have replaced the gas cap purchased from the dealer the code still read PO456/

P0456 Evap purge system small leak
This code when set is for the purge system , the ECM set this code when the purge system is not at a compared calculated ratio. This code  can be due to the purge hose having a small leak, or being obstructed. The only way to find this code is with a evap smoke machine and a scan tool that can monitor the evap pressure/ vacuum rate.
