P0340 in hyundai accent wont start just turns over

I was going down highway and car just shut off and coasted. Changed camshaft sensor like it said car still just turns over and will not start

HI there,

Remove the oil fill cap and make sure when you crank the engine the cam shafts are turning. If the timing belt broke then the shaft won't turn and you will get the cam position sensor code. It is possible if the code is coming back that this is the problem.
