P0446 Evaporative emission control system vent control circuit malfunction.

This is where a scan tool that has data for the EVAP system comes in handy, There are plenty of time when this code set it do to the fuel tank pressure sensor reporting incorrect pressure / vacuum in the fuel tank.

 The fuel tank pressure sensor is located on the fuel pump module.
