On my 2000 Toyota Corolla 1.8L, the mechanic replaced the EVAP solenoid and the P0446 code came back the next day. What next? 140,000 miles

Causes for condition to set: VSC (vapor pressure sensor) valve turned off , vacuum hoses for emission disconnected or cracked.
