What causes  po340 in 03 Chevy trailblazer

This code can be caused by a faulty cam sensor on bank 2 or an issue with the mechanical timing inside the engine. Best to use a scan tool to see if both cam sensors are reading the same or not. If bank 2 isn't reading at all, then it's likely you need the sensor. If it's reading differently then bank 1 you have a mechanical issue.
