P0300,P0101 codes on a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP , could a bad supercharger cause these codes?

HI there,

It could cause the misfire codes, however I would look at the mass air flow sensor as the most likely cause. The P0101 is for the maf sensor. If the computer is getting the wrong info, then it's generating the wrong fuel mix and it will cause multiple misfires.
