what would make the maf a reoccuring problem

Ive changed the maf twice in the past week along with the air filter and my truck is still running horrible hook it up to the computer and the only code that pops
up is p0102 what could make this problem reoccur for me

P0102 MAF circuit low input

Bad connection or open fuse, this MAF gets a 12 power supply from ENG 1 Fuse which is a 10 amp fuse located in the engine fuse / relay box.
