P1780 Ford - 2001 Expedition

Question

When I first start my car and press on the gas pedal, it feels as if its misfiring and not grabbing. It tends to not do it as much if I've been driving the car for a while, but it is still there occasionally. No check engine light, but the codes I got using "Innova 3100" was:
P1780
P1464
P0703
Any help on these codes an or why this may be happening, I would greatly appreciate it.
