Slow to fill after replacing the EVAP cansister. You have a restriction with the EVAP cansiter vent solenoid. Chevy has a TSB about this condition TSB # 02-06-04-037J what the TSB wants you to do is relocate the EVAP vent cansiter valve to a new location outside the frame
