P0301 Chevrolet - can I drive with this problem if so how far?

I need to drive about 50 miles is this ok with this problem.

P0301 Misfire number 1 cylinder

This depends on what the misfire is from, Some misfires are ignition related such as ignition coil , some are igntion wire, other are mechanical condition. and some are sparkplugs. and there is injector that failed that causes the misfire, and the worste misfire of all are mechaincal related., It also not a good idea to drive with a misfire condition. you can destroy the catalytic convertor.
