P0301 Ford -ranger 3.0 no firing at #1 cylinder but is at #5

i washed my 3.0 ranger engine and it now has no fire at #1 cyl. no fire at tower
#5 is firing

P0301 Misfire number 1 cylinder

Either way if there is no spark at the tower you have a failed ignition coil.

 On the coil pack number 1 and 5 are companions, When the igntion occurs for number 1 cylinder number 5 cylinder fires also this is called the waste spark.
