p1864 code appears when i scan my 96 gmc sonoma 4.3. how can fix this problem

my 96 gmc sonama 4.3 has a code p1864 when scanned need help with this.

P1864 TCC solenoid

Code p1864 TCC is either open , or shorted, The TCC is fused protected,  go to the IP fuse box fuse 24, replace if open it is a 10 amp fuse., if  it is shorted replace the solenoids and the transmission control valve,
