What do i do about these random misfires

i have the p0300 code, which started as p0306 and i changed out the spark plugs, but that didnt work. so i figured it might be the coil, but before i bought a new one i wanted to make sure it was the coil so i switched coil 6 with coil 2, now it says engine misfire. what do i do now?

If you had a misfire number 6 and swaped out the coil with number 2 cylinder and now have a P0300, what happened is the ECM did not identify what cylinder has the misfire. Eventually the ECM will determine what cylinder is the misfire at
