This code means there is a very small leak in the evap system. This leak is .5 to 1.0 mm. The best method to locate and diagnose the lleak is a smoke machine. This will put smoke into the evap system. When the smoke leaks you can find it and then know what needs to be done to resolve it. This isn't something that you would be able to locate without the smoke, so there is no clear answer on what would need to be repaired until proper diagnostics are done.
