Get error code p0089 for 2006 XC90 2.5T turbo, could not determined the "bed" part between fuel pressure sensor and fuel pump (120k miles, new fuel filter).
Fuel Pressure Test: 1) Turn key at "ON" position (engine not start), fuel pressure only reach to 20psi ~ 45psi; If disconnect fuel pressure sensor, fuel pressure reading was near zero when key turn "on". 2) Start the engine, fuel pressure will reach to 55psi for about 15~20sec, then low to 43psi and KEEP that way.
Anyone know what is the normal fuel pressure (psi) for this model?

Vehicle: 2006, volvo, XC90 2.5T

see specs below

when you turn the key is turned off the the pump has to hold more than 30 PSI for 20min, if it goes below the fuel pump is bad
