I have a 2007 titan truck with a check engine light on, the code is P1815, what does this mean?

The code is for the manual mode switch for your transmission. This fault can be caused by the switch, the wiring harness or the transmission control module. Best testing is done with a scan tool that can read the live data from the transmission control module.
