My car is running codes p0154@0420 car will not start can some body help

Car is cranking but not starting codes showing p0420 and p0154

Neither of these code are going to create a no start sistuation, you would need to check the basic, such as it there fuel pressure, is there igntion, You can use carburator cleaner and spray it down the intake if the engine start momentarily you would have to inpsect for fuel pump problems
