I'm getting a P0340 code on my 2003 Ford focus.

Question

I change the cam sensor and I'm still having the code pop up. I'm also getting a code on occasion for the fuel pump. My question should I replace the harness? I'm wondering if all that electrical are all shorting because of the random single misfire. Just would like a second opinion. I have the 2.3 engine. It's the zts.

P0340 Camshaft position sensor circuit malfuntion

You already replaced the camshaft, and there is a misfire condition, if there are other codes that have been set those have to be known as well as the misfire codes.
