P0158 - stays on

Question

We got a code to replace the bank 2 sensor 2, (PO158) we replaced it and the same code keeps coming back on. We did not use a generic sensor, we used the correct sensor for this application.

This code can also be the result of faulty wiring, fuel pressure issues and a bad fuel injector. Here is some more info
