have a lexus is 250 awd 2010,the check engine goes on and the OBD code indicate p0606 et p0158

P0606 is related the ECM which does not sound good at all

- Faulty Engine Control Module (ECM)
- Engine Control Module (ECM) Harness power supply circuit is open or shorted
- Engine Control Module (ECM) Programming

 

and p0158 is oxygen sensor bank 2 senor 2

since your car is a 2010 it should be under warranty, the dealer will fix it for free if it is.
