i m looking for how can i found the engine-code?

Question

I got nissan Pathfinder v6 2001. engine VQ35
the engine won't start. The scanner shows P1610 Nats malfunctionning.
I try everything with my friend who have the scanner. he said me, it takes a nissan origin codes to start the engine. Where can i get the code? COULD YOU PLEASE HELP?
