Your KIA has a chip inside the key that is programmed to your vehicle to prevent another key start your vehicle. P1610 code means that there is a problem with system that reads the key or with your key itself. Either try to start your Kia with a different key (programmed key) or take your vehicle to the dealer and have them reprogram the keys for you.
