Engine light comes on for a while then turns off for a month or so then comes on in a month or so. What would be the best reccomendation to go about this? Thanks for any advice.

P1246 Alternator load input

P0156 02 sensor circuit malfunction Bank 2 Sensor 2

P1519 Intake manifold runner stuck closed

The alternator should be the priority, what happens when you get P1246 , the 3 wire terminal for the alternator tends to corrode that or breaks away, especially the battery sense wire,the fix would be to replace the terminal or repair the terminal, As for P0156 which is the downstream 02 sensor or the catalytic monitor sensor the fix here is replace the 02 sensor, For P1519 the linkage tends to fall off, the fix would be to buy the clips and reconnect the connection.

 P0156 that is a degraded 02 sensor, the top is a new 02 sensor and bottom a 02 sensor that just wore out due to milage and usage.

 Here for P1246 the linkage here tends to fall out, there is one for each side what is shown here is just the front Bank, reinstalling the linkage with its new clips would be the fix, This type of repair for the IMRC you can make it a hobby in repairing
