2000 mustang gt 4.6 v8 shut off no crank jus click p0320 ob2 also. P0136,p0156

Hello plz help my 2000 mustang gt 4.6 shut down while driving i scanned with my scan tool ob2 codes p0136,p0156 & p0320 the battery light came on car shut off and has power to the distributor but wont crank jus "clicks" where do i start. Car has been showing o2 sensor problems for while ....but the p0320 just lit up and now shut off and havent any clue where to start replacing to fix the problem
