How the fuel condition? This code is exclusive to flex fuel so alchol(E85) content of the fuel should be known, or contamination such as diesel mixed with the gas or even water in the fuel tank. In either case excessive amount of alcohol will set a lean code condtion,  If the history with the fuel good, the fuel composition senosr would be next to be inspected,
