What does codes p0106, p0107,p0122, p0141, p0404,p1621 mean

Hi Albert, I am going to start with the last code and go to the first. I think you will understand why once you know what the codes mean.

P1621-PCM memory performance. Basically stated, the truck likely needs a new computer

P0404-This is for the EGR valve pintal, it is telling us the egr is not closed properly and allowing basically what amounts to an intake manifold leak. This may also cause the P0106 and the P0107 codes you are showing.

P0141-This code is for an issue with the heater circuit on the down stream O2 sensor. In most cases the sensor itself is the issue and replacement is required to solve the problem.

P0122-This code is for your throttle position sensor. The performance is out of specification, a volt meter can be used to test the TPS

Finally, P0106 and P0107- Both of these codes are for the map sensor. The manifold absolute pressure sensor may be out of range, but like I said earlier, if the egr valve is stuck open, then it basically becomes a hidden vacuum leak and the map will see it as a problem.

Because there is a chance the pcm is bad, I would start there.
