when the OBD2 p0340 says A circuit and bank 1. does this mean i have to change the sensor or mess with wiring?? would be nice to know $59.00 part that can't be taken back. also would replacing stop P1309 Misfire monitor hardware CMP misaligned - cmp misaligned, ckp/cmp noise, pcm aice chip???

P0340 Camsaft position sensor circuit malfunction

P1390 Camshaft sensor output

Yes just replace the hall-effect part of the camshaft sensor.The sensor should take take of both codes.

 Here the Camshaft position sensor, the part that failed is the sensor , that has 2 screw that are 7 ml. you just take the sensor out, do not move or touch any ajustment and you would be  fine. just the top sensor.
