Lost 2001 Acura MDX chipped key how do I bypass that?

I lost my chip key to my 2001 Acura MDX. How do I bypass that? I don't understand if I need to get a pass that ECU the TCM or the PCM

Unfortunately, there is no way to do it. If it was possible, then any person will be able to bypass the system and steal your vehicle. You have to have a locksmith reprogram a new key for you.
