How do I fix this problem and get the code to go away so I can smog car? Please be specific if possible as I am a novice at best! Thank you!!!!!

This code is for a problem with the cylinder position sensor, in this case it's the crank position sensor. It's possible the sensor is the issue, or it could also be an issue with the wiring harness.
