The causes have been highlighted here but solutions were not provided....Please what are the possible solutions to this problem....??

Hi there,

Basically the bank 1 sensor 2 O2 sensor heater is not working. This could be a blown fuse, bad wire or a problem with the sensor itself. In most cases the sensor itself is the cause of the problem. Over time the heater element in the sensor burns out and the sensor needs replacement. This is the sensor after the catalytic converter on the rear bank closest to the firewall.
