P0171 Nissan - truck idles up and down

New maf sensor cleaned and the electrical throttle body. When parked idles high and when I'm during it goes up and down what's the problem

Start by cekcing for intake leaks. If no leaks are present, you may have to have the dealer reprogram the Engine Control Module (ECM) for you.
