P1341 -Code on 1997 Dodge Grand Caravan

Question

Initially had a P0340 code, with that I did a 3000 mile round trip to Miami fl, when I was about 1 hr away from home the van started stumbling and misfiring, it finally stalled completely about 15 min later, restarted it and drove another 15 min then stalled again, let it rest awhile and restarted again drove for another 10, then again for 5 min, after this restarted it again and stalled about 200 yds from home and drove it with the momentum to my garage, after this it wouldn't start for nothing, the code of P0340 remained, for I don't know what reason I sprayed Starting fluid on the throttle body intake and start it right up!, so I figured fuel pump bad, purchased and installed a new pump and filter and restart it right up, test drove it and then started stumbling and stalling with a new and only P1391 code intermittent loss of camshaft and crankshaft position sensor , my van has 251000 miles and I believe mi timing chain is "a little" stretched. I already replaced the original ECU.
