The ECM detected the actual Camshaft Position Sensor (CMP) position disagreed with the expected CMP level. This error message came up on my 1997 Plymouth Voyager 3.3L engine please tell me how to troubleshoot nad resolve this issue.
you can check the timing belt to see if it has not jumped. if the timing belt tensioner have failed it will cause the belt to jump a tooth.
you can also check/replace the Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor
