2006 Lexus RX400h, codes are for windows, not air conditioning

Question

I went in for an a/c problem and they gave me these codes B1421, B1423, B1424 which look like windows that happen to be stuck in the closed position now.

All codes are for the A/C system, you can ignore the B1421 and B1424 because those codes are set if the codes are read inside the shop. The B1423 could be set if the A/C system is low in refrigerant.
