What does B1424 mean on a 2007 Lexus RX400h 3.3L?

Question

My mechanic says its a "solar sensor circuit (drivers side)", your site says is a "power window RR motor circuit short". Do these codes mean the same thing for each manufacturer? What if I can't find a code that my mechanic indicates?
