I got a 2008 Pontiac G6 2.4L with engine code P0013, how do I fix it?

P0013 Exhaust camshaft position actuator solenoid control circuit

 

This is the camshaft actuator solenoid, for proper operation, oil maintenance is crucial and so is the oil level. P0013 for the Pontiac means the ECM has commanded this on, the solenoid has failed to respond. this is more of a failed actuator solenoid
