2009 Pontiac G6 2.4L with engine code P0013. Will changing the oil or doing an engine flush fix this problem or should I just change both sensors for P0013 & P0014 DTC?

Yes, you should replace your oil more often and use a good oil. Use mobil 1 or Pennzoil Ultra or Platinum (no more than 5k miles and you should not have a problem)
