P0301 Misfire number 1 cylinder

Couple of ideas. Is the sparkplug torque down properly, if it is not this will cause a misfire condition due to the improper sealing of the cylinder. A igntion coil that is intermediate. When one cylinder is not contributing proerly due to a misfire it can set a P0300 which is a random misfire , you can move a igntion coil of the number 1 cylinder and if the misfire moves then you know its the ignition coil

Here is a sparkplug that had a recent tune up where the sparkplug where to be replaced, There was no misfire at all prior to the tune up. It drove fine and set a misfire code, When the sparkplug was check it electrode gap was narrowed down. Either this sparkplug got droped and the gap not check, or it got smashed during the installation. But whatever was the cause, this sparkplug was the cause of the misfire.
