engine light comes on a few minutes after running truck to warm up or sometimes even after driving down the road spark plugs have been replaced and coil packs its always on cylinder number 1

You might have a clogged or bad injector, I would try to run a 91 octance fuel from Shell and use a good fuel system cleaner like BG 44k or 3M.

if that does not help, the wiring may need to be checked if the car has been in a accident I would check the wiring.

if the car is under powertrain warranty it should also be covered assuming a part is bad
