P0700 GMC -

How to repair my transmission from this code p0700 ?

P0700 Transmission fault detected, Mil light requested

P0741 Torque convertor clutch (TCC) stuck off

When the TCC is stuck off this can happen if the brakepedal switch is on. when P0741 depending on the transmission that the vehicle has if it is a 6L650 or 6L80 or 6L90 the fix is to replace the TCC solenoid with the TCM valve assembly, If this has a allison transmission the fix is to replace the TCC solenoid with its harness.
