I got the P0430 and P0420 codes on my 2001 Toyota Rav4 2.0L. What could be the possible causes for these codes?

P0420 Catalytic below threshold Bank 1

There was once a campaign for reprogramming the ECM for this condition. If you replace the catalytic convertor the ECM should be reprorammed
