P0300 2002 Chevrolet Trail Blazer -

Question

03 Trailblazer 4.2 liter turned on A/C, engine ran rough and died. A/C compressor cycling intermittently, started it again tried to drive at a little speed, stopped, engine ran rough and died. Unplugged A/C compressor low pressure switch to disable compressor and it still runs rough and throws a p0300 code with flashing CEL. Never ran rough before turning A/C on. Any ideas?
