I had code p0300 on a 2007 jeep grand cherokee Laredo

I had code p0300 pull up on a 2007 jeep grand cherokee 3.7, it had the flashing engine light, loss of power, and also the jeep has about 500 rpm idle, revs up rough, till about 2k rpm then runs smooth on up what do you think is wrong?
